Charity Customer Service Representative

We are proud to partner with several non-profit organizations in the El Paso area. We are currently seeking a Charity Customer Service Representative to join our team and contribute to fundraising campaigns, and the development of impactful sales events. This role also includes training new associates, helping to cultivate a supportive and collaborative environment.

Our diverse team brings a wealth of expertise and backgrounds, enabling us to create successful fundraising events for our charity partners. As a member of the Chosen Group family, you will thrive in a friendly atmosphere, energized by your interactions with potential donors from the initial greeting to closing the donation.

Charity Customer Service Representative Key Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service throughout events, engaging with both team members and potential donors to maximize donations

Clearly communicate our charity partners' core messages to inspire and increase donor contributions

Ensure compliance with all regulations and guidelines during events

Attend in-person and virtual meetings to enhance your knowledge of our charity partners and their missions

Manage the day-to-day operations of events, proactively addressing any issues that may arise

Charity Customer Service Representative Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED

A positive, energetic spirit, with a creative mindset and a strong drive for success

0-2 years of experience in customer service or sales

Ability to adhere to established processes and guidelines

Passion for working with people and a commitment to giving back to the community
