Join Our EMEA Controlling Team as an Intern!

Are you looking to kickstart your career in finance? As an intern in our EMEA Controlling team, you'll have an incredible opportunity to learn and grow while making a real impact. You'll be involved in a wide range of finance and compliance activities, working closely with our controlling team members and other internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Support Compliance Audits: Assist with various internal and external compliance audits (e.g., SOX, IA, ACP) in collaboration with the controlling team.

• Monthly Reporting: Help with US GAAP reporting and ensure a smooth month-end closing process, including journal entries and report preparation.

• Balance Sheet Reviews: Participate in monthly balance sheet reviews.

• Budget Preparation: Assist in preparing the annual budget for assigned cost centers.

• Statutory Reports: Help prepare annual statutory reports for assigned legal entities.

• Ad Hoc Projects: Support various projects and reports as needed.

Your Team

You’ll be a valuable member of our EMEA controlling team, reporting to one of our Junior Controllers. The controlling team is part of a larger EMEA finance team that includes FSSC, FP&A, and Controlling.

Qualifications - External

Requirements

• Education: Enrolled in a Dutch University for the duration of the internship, pursuing a Bachelor or Master's degree in Business Economics, Accounting, or a related field

• Availability: Able to start on September 1st

• Communication: Proficient in English

• Independence: Capable of working independently with minimal supervision

• Proactive Attitude: Hands-on mentality with a proactive approach to work

• Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail

• Excel Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel
