What are the must haves (aka minimum requirements):

  • Current NP/PA licensure in the state where this position is located. This position crosses state lines and requires dual NP licensure in the following state combinations: IL & MO
  • Access to insured, reliable transportation
  • 2+ years of NP or PA work experience
  • Must be able to work a full-time schedule.
  • Flexibility of traveling throughout the state(s) on a full-time basis

Tell me about the job duties (aka key responsibilities but not all encompassing):

  • Analyze and interpret patients\' histories, symptoms, physical findings, or diagnostic information to develop appropriate diagnoses.
  • Diagnose or treat acute health care problems such as illnesses, infections, or injuries.
  • Recommends diagnostic or therapeutic interventions.
  • Order, perform, or interpret the results of diagnostic tests
  • Maintain complete and detailed records of patients\' health care plans and prognoses.
  • Prescribe medications.
  • Educate patients about self-management of acute or chronic illnesses.
  • Onboarding providers
  • On-Call Coverage
  • Standardization, Compliance, Best Practice
  • Education for fellow providers, facilities, and/or patients and families
  • Assist with marketing and business development engagement
  • Assist with initial development and patient census with new partnerships
