EXOS Massage Coordinator in Edmond, Oklahoma

Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

We’re seeking a Spa Massage Coordinator to join our team. As our new Spa Massage Coordinator you will:

  • Manage all Massage Therapists and Massage Staff

  • Administrative duties such as hiring, interviewing, training, scheduling, time off requests and payroll

  • Manage the day to day massage operations such as service quality, supplies, and inventory

  • Assist in scheduling services in C lub Automation or preferred scheduling software

  • Provide top-notch customer service to clients

  • Assist in the ongoing development and improvement of the massage program

  • Collect, record, and file client intake forms

  • Provide individualized massage therapy services and treatments that meet the clients needs

  • Uphold the standards of sanitation and sterilization as directed by law and the spa’s policies and procedures

  • Promote and sell massage therapy services and treatments and encourage repeat business

  • Other duties as assigned

The Ideal Candidate would have:

  • Applicable education, licensure, and credentials to perform massage therapy

  • Current CPR/AED and First Aid certification

  • Minimum of four years of experience in a Customer Service role

  • Previous experience in a supervisory role

  • Previous experience working in a Spa or Spa environment

  • Proficiency in computer software and scheduling systems

  • Prenatal Massage Training Preferred
