EXOS Massage Coordinator in Edmond, Oklahoma
Job Summary:
Responsibilities:
We’re seeking a Spa Massage Coordinator to join our team. As our new Spa Massage Coordinator you will:
Manage all Massage Therapists and Massage Staff
Administrative duties such as hiring, interviewing, training, scheduling, time off requests and payroll
Manage the day to day massage operations such as service quality, supplies, and inventory
Assist in scheduling services in C lub Automation or preferred scheduling software
Provide top-notch customer service to clients
Assist in the ongoing development and improvement of the massage program
Collect, record, and file client intake forms
Provide individualized massage therapy services and treatments that meet the clients needs
Uphold the standards of sanitation and sterilization as directed by law and the spa’s policies and procedures
Promote and sell massage therapy services and treatments and encourage repeat business
Other duties as assigned
The Ideal Candidate would have:
Applicable education, licensure, and credentials to perform massage therapy
Current CPR/AED and First Aid certification
Minimum of four years of experience in a Customer Service role
Previous experience in a supervisory role
Previous experience working in a Spa or Spa environment
Proficiency in computer software and scheduling systems
Prenatal Massage Training Preferred
