Job Title: 1st Shift - Machine Operator
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our team in a leading manufacturing facility for aerosol cans used in home care, automotive, and repellant industries. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and adjusting various machines to ensure the highest quality of our products.
Responsibilities
Operate and adjust mixing machines, blending machines, and steam kettles.
Measure or weigh ingredients accurately.
Observe products and adjust oven temperatures, humidity, or conveyor speeds as needed.
Check the quality of raw materials to ensure they meet standards and specifications.
Inspect equipment to ensure it meets health and safety regulations, and perform maintenance or cleaning as necessary.
Examine products for quality and identify any damaged or expired goods.
Essential Skills
Experience in machine operating, machine setup, and troubleshooting.
Proficiency in mixing and blending processes.
At least 6 months of experience in a machine operating role.
Ability to read and use a tape measure and blueprints.
Experience with packaging machines and quality inspection.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Basic math skills.
Mechanical aptitude.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to climb stairs, bend, and stand for long periods of time.
Capability to lift 50+ lbs.

Work Environment
1st shift hours are from 4:30 am to 3:30 pm, with potential for 45-50 hours per week. Overtime may be required depending on production needs. The facility is designed to be comfortable and efficient, supporting a productive work environment.

This is a Permanent position based out of Edgerton, Wisconsin.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $41600.00 - $47840.00/yr.
