Senior Process Specialist - Marketing Excellence

The Senior Process Specialist - Marketing Excellence will be responsible for documenting, executing, and ensuring continuous improvement of our product marketing processes, including product launch, product life cycle management and pricing process execution, ensuring alignment with enterprise product objectives.
This role will be highly collaborative, engaging departments and team members globally and cross-functionally to ensure end-to-end standardization in processes and execution within Global Product Management responsibilities. This role will need to have proven success for leading through influence.
Responsibilities
Document and maintain the global product launch playbook to maximize the impact of new product launches, aligning with business and customer objectives. Includes training product managers and stakeholders on the process, developing resources and tools to effectively execute and measure.
Collaborate with R&D to document Product Management responsibilities within the new product development (NPD) checklist. Provide training to Product Managers to effectively execute and maintain standards
Create, maintain, and communicate processes, tools, templates, resources, and programs to elevate the capabilities and impact of the product management department
Ensure end-to-end process standardization between locations and departments and align to best practices
Stay on top of best practices, methodologies, and tools to help identify opportunities to streamline critical and routine tasks and processes in Product Management and drive continuous improvement
Be a change agent for the organization and create new solutions for existing business problems
Success measured by enterprise incremental new product revenue against enterprise strategy and annual planning objectives.
Annual Price Change Process Coordination and Execution
This role will also be responsible for maintaining and executing the global price change process, with strategic direction from the Director of Global Marketing Excellence
Collaborate with global and regional product management teams, business units and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure successful execution, results, and apply countermeasures as needed.
Success measured through enterprise-level net price realization against enterprise strategy and annual planning objectives.
Required Experience and Education
Bachelor’s degree - Business, Marketing or Communications focus desired
5-7 years' experience, preferably with an emphasis in product management, B2B marketing, Business Process Improvement or Project Management
Strong cross-functional skills, able to manage complex projects involving multiple stakeholders and departments
Training in Process Improvement or Lean Six Sigma Methodologies, including basic process mapping skills, preferred
Knowledge of the workings in a direct and distributor sales organization desired, cleaning industry or mobile equipment industry is preferred
Successful track record for problem solving, idea generation, and program execution
Experience and ability to frequently provide clear and concise communication with executive leadership
Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint
