C.H. Robinson Enterprise Product Manager in Eden Prairie, Minnesota

As a Product Manager, you will dive into a highly complex and ambiguous environment to bring simplicity, automation, and make a positive difference for customers, suppliers, and account teams. Responsibilities:

  • Set a product vision and strategic direction for your domain area in partnership with leadership and as an input to the overall product direction for customer facing technology

  • Gathering customer and stakeholder input in partnership with UXR to represent the VOC for your domain area and provide clear use case examples for product features

  • Direct a roadmap of strategies and features to enable customer retention and growth

  • Manage tradeoffs and evaluate new ideas and opportunities with stakeholders, driving to alignment while maintaining a clear focus on overarching business priorities

  • Partner with other Product, UXR, Product Marketing, Analytics, Data Science, and Engineering teams to deliver complete solutions that support business needs

  • Manage projects from start to finish, including stakeholder management and communication of results, insights, and recommendations

  • Define requirements, break down efforts for iterative learning, develop metrics analysis, and partner with engineering counterparts on development, testing, and launching efforts

  • Develop and maintain feature analytics and research to prioritize features with senior leaders and influence others to make data-driven decisions

  • Minimize wasted technology investment by testing/validating hypotheses and by auditing and improving existing products

  • Navigate an ambiguous environment, from a strategic and tactical perspective, where the product management function is still maturing

Required Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in product management experience, conducting strategic quantitative and/or qualitative analysis to inform technology/operations investments/changes in a cross-functional enterprise environment

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience and high school diploma/GED

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3 years or more of customer facing technology experience in a product capacity

  • Master’s degree Business Administration/Management, Finance, Economics, Marketing, Management Information Systems, Mathematics, Engineering, Analytics/Data Science
