Genesis10 is seeking a Director of Quality and Accreditation for a contract with our client in Eden Prairie, MN. 100% Remote. Job Description: We are seeking a Director of Clinical Quality and Accreditation to lead our clinical quality improvement and management programs. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting clinical quality audits, ensuring compliance with NCQA requirements, reporting on member care quality metrics, and developing plans for continuous quality improvement using HEDIS and other tools. Key Responsibilities: Provide leadership and direction to clinical quality teams across multiple sites/markets Develop and execute strategies to drive quality improvement across the organization Direct cross-functional teams to resolve complex quality issues impacting multiple areas Conduct clinical quality audits and ensure adherence to accreditation standards Analyze member care quality data and identify opportunities for improvement Create and implement quality improvement plans utilizing HEDIS measures and industry best practices Oversee the reporting and communication of quality metrics to leadership and stakeholders Develop and maintain clinical quality policies, procedures, and program documentation Required Basic Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in clinical quality management or improvement roles Strong data analysis, process improvement, and project management skills In-depth knowledge of healthcare quality standards, regulations, and accreditation requirements Proven leadership experience managing cross-functional teams Compensation: Hourly W2 pay rate $80.00-$95.00 We have access to additional contract, contract-to-hire, and direct hire positions with various rate ranges.
