Job Description
Currently seeking a Machine Operator for a full-time temporary to permanent position in East Providence, RI.
Responsibilities of Machine Operator:
-Set up and operate annealing furnace to melt metal
-Roll out melted metal with mill
-Process metal to specified sized within 800th inch utilizing slitter machine
-Utilized micrometers and other measuring tools to complete tasks
-Other related tasks as assigned
Requirements of Machine Operator:
-At least 4 years machine operating experience
-Mechanically inclined
-Previous experience using micrometers and other measuring tools
-Strong math skills
-Excellent attention to detail
-Ability to multi-task in fast-paced environment
-Good communication and interpersonal skills
-Able to read, analyze, and interpret technical data
Pay Rate:$20.00/hr Based on experience
Hours: 8:00am-5:30 pm Monday-Friday
