With 152 licensed beds and more than 500 employees, the hospital averages 31,000 Emergency Department visits annually. East Liverpool's medical staff is comprised of more than 160 physicians with an additional 21 resident physicians completing their training in Family Medicine and Internal Medicine. The hospital provides 24/7 emergency services, general surgery, medical stabilization for substance abuse, behavioral health for adults over the age of 55, and remains the ONLY cardiac rehabilitation program in Columbiana County. Know Your Rights: https://www.eeoc.gov/sites/default/files/2022-10/EEOCKnowYourRightsscreenreader10_20.pdf Responsibilities The Human Resources Generalist provides a wide variety of complex human resources support to all levels in the organization, ensuring the comprehensive administration of human resources policy and procedures, collaborating with leadership to identify human resource needs , sourcing and recommending top talent for vacant positions, facilitating on-boarding of new hires and employment and employee relations to enhance retention and ensure legal compliance with applicable state and federal guidelines. Qualifications Education and Work Experience 1. Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field OR five years of experience in health care human resources performing recruiting, onboarding and employee relations functions. 2. One year human resources experience including recruiting, onboarding and/or employee relations. 3. Prefer experience in a human resources department in a health care setting. 4.
