PNC Letter of Credit International Commercial Trade Analyst in East Brunswick, New Jersey

As a Letter of Credit International Commercial Trade Analyst an within PNC's International Commercial Trade organization, you will be based in East Brunswick, New Jersey. Training for this entry level role will be in the office. After training, you will have the ability to work remotely at managers discretion.

This entry level role coordinates the import and export letter of credit transactions, processes letters of credit, conducts data entry, ensures compliance to policies and assists the team with processing transactions to ensure deadlines are achieved.

Qualifications:

-4 years of bank operations and or processing experience.

-Professional written communication and writing skills.

-Strong customer service and support skills.

-Detail oriented with good follow up skills.

-Experience working with compliance risk is a plus.

-Knowledge of international commercial trade is plus.

-Knowledge of import and export letter of credit and goods is a plus.

-Knowledge of government UCP guidelines is a plus.

-Experience supporting large global clients is a plus.

Job Description

  • Utilizes international trade-specific procedures, rules, guidelines and regulations. Evaluates and executes basic to moderate transactions. May approve international trade services transactions and processes. May have specific responsibility for one or multiple specialized products or functional areas.

  • Processes basic to moderate trade transactions of varying risk and financial value in accordance with procedures, rules, guidelines and regulations. Identify exceptions and may address escalated items under supervision. Interacts with internal and external stakeholders in completing transactions.

  • Administers trade compliance program against all trade transactions and escalates as necessary in order to mitigate bank risk.

  • Provides responses and documentation to inquiries and ad hoc requests for basic to moderate international trade products.

  • Verifies work processes to ensure completeness, accuracy and conformance to established service levels and applicable policies and procedures. May review reports to process transactions.
