Healthcare Business Development Representative (Internal Role)
Equiliem is an award-winning national recruiting firm that is on an exciting trajectory of growth that has put us in the position to seek an experienced Healthcare Business Development Representative that will focus on selling into Behavioral Health. This is a fantastic/lucrative opportunity for the person who thrives in making connections, networking, and fostering meaningful relationships.

Position Overview

  • Qualify leads from inbound marketing campaigns primarily through social media, phone, and email.
  • Research, identify, and develop relationships with key decision makers and follow up promptly on all leads.
  • Understand the features and benefits of the product or service our clients are selling.
  • Build trust and rapport with leads by identifying their pain points and helping them find an appropriate solution.
  • Establish & expand relationships with clients for their talent/recruiting needs.
  • In person client visits, video conferencing appointments and phone meetings to drive sales activity.
  • Develop strong relationships, internally and with clients, that are founded on trust, excellent service and measurable results.
  • Act as the conduit between our recruiting team that delivers top-talent and the expectations of your clients.
  • Document and utilize CRM to track all sales efforts and client communication.
  • Maintain active participation and membership in networking organizations.

Core Competencies We Are Seeking
  • 5+ years of healthcare staffing industry experience.
  • 2+ years of selling into Behavioral Health.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and objectives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to develop and maintain relationships with key clients and industry partners.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Have superior organization skills with the ability to multitask, set priorities, schedule, and establish and follow up on deadlines.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems or CRM Software
  • Great communicator internally/externally. (Follow-up skills are the #1 indicator of success.)
  • Personally driven to meet goals and loves to win.
  • Possess a no-fear attitude towards making cold-calls to introduce yourself and build your client network.
