Eversource Energy Reproduction Equipment Operator A (SW) in East Berlin, Connecticut

Operates a variety of duplicating equipment to make copies in quantity requested. Regularly coordinates the work involved in the operation of reproduction activities in the Eversource system. Consults with and advises originators on best method for reproduction. Establishes job priorities and schedule of work. Ordering materials and supplies, and coordinates equipment maintenance as needed. Manage Forms Data Base and provides direction on form design and print material. Works closely with mailroom staff to ensure request meet timelines.

  • Manage cost of products, supplies and print requests

Technical Knowledge/Skill/Education/Licenses/Certifications:

Technical Knowledge/Skill:

  • Knowledge of reproduction equipment;
  • Ability to operate a variety of duplicating equipment such as copiers, folding machines, and other associated equipment
  • Finish print jobs according to requests, such as binding, laminating, trimming and collating
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel and Powerpoint

Education:

  • High school diploma with specialization in technical courses or the equivalent required.

Experience :

  • A minimum of four years related experience preferred

Eversource offers a competitive total rewards program. The annual salary range for this position is $58,910.00 to $65,450.00, plus incentive. Salary is commensurate with your experience. Check out the career site for an overview of our benefits.

Working Conditions:

  • Must be available to work emergency restoration assignment as required.
  • Must be available to work onsite daily.
