NMP Golf Construction Corp Landscape Laborer in East Aurora, New York
Landscape Laborer - 20 fulltime, temporary, seasonal (H-2B) jobs available 4/1/2025 -12/22/2025.
Employer: NMP Golf Construction Corp., 1231 North Davis Road., East Aurora, NY 14052.
Duties: will be responsible for maintaining golf course grounds using hand and power tools and equipment. Will perform any combination of the following: sod laying, mowing, trimming, planting, watering, fertilizing, digging, raking, and sprinkler installation. Will report directly to the Project Manager at NMP Golf Construction Corp
Schedule: 40 hours per week. $19.80-$23.00/hr. OT available at $29.70-$34.50. Work schedule can vary and can include evening, weekend, and holiday hours. Work may be performed on any day of the week from Monday through Sunday. Example shifts: 7:00AM-3:00PM, 8:00AM-4:00PM, or 9:00AM-5:00PM. Shift hours may vary. The employer guarantees to offer work for hours equal to at least three fourths of the workdays in each 12-week period of the total employment period.
No education required, 3 months experience required. Employer will provide on-the job-training.
Travel is not required. Daily transportation to and from worksite is provided to and from employer housing (company vehicles provided). Optional housing is offered on a first-come, first-serve basis for workers who are relocating to begin employment. Cost of housing (including utilities), if accepted, is $110.00 per week. If used, total cost of housing will be deducted from paycheck.
A single workweek will be used to compute wages due. Workers will be paid weekly on Thursday. All deductions from the worker's paycheck required by law will be made.
Employer will provide workers at no charge all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job.
H-2B workers will be reimbursed in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing, and other related fees, including those mandated by the government (excluding passport fees).
Transportation (including meals and, to the extent necessary, lodging) to the place of employment will be provided, or its cost to workers reimbursed, if the worker completes half the employment period. Return transportation will be provided if the worker completes the employment period or is dismissed early by the employer. Daily subsistence rates are $15.88/day without receipts or up to $59/day with receipts.
