Job Title: Electrical Product Engineering ManagerJob Description

Seeking a dynamic Electrical Product Engineering Manager to provide technical leadership within our organization. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping our engineering strategy, developing our engineering processes, and leading a team to achieve business goals and meet customer needs. Responsibilities include assigning projects, mentoring new engineering leads, and managing 10 to 15 direct reports to ensure project completion within technical, cost, and schedule constraints.

Hard Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field

• 10 years of relevant technical experience in project management and product development
