Genesis10 is seeking a Principal Graphic Designer for a contract with our client in Eagan, MN. 100% Remote. Job Description: Our client is seeking a talented Design Principal to lead their creative team in delivering innovative, strategic design solutions that elevate our brand across various platforms and channels. You will spearhead complex creative projects from concept to execution, managing a small team of graphic designers. Your role is critical in translating business objectives into visually compelling solutions that align with our brand guidelines and strategic direction. Key Responsibilities: Execute business strategies through creative, presentation, and digital design for internal and external materials Manage projects from creative kickoff through production Provide creative direction, cross-training, and mentorship to graphic designers Collaborate with cross-functional partners to transform business objectives into innovative solutions Ensure client satisfaction by managing expectations and delivering high-quality work on time Educate associates on cost-effective measures and processes Present creative work, articulating visual ideas effectively Required Basic Qualifications: 8+ years of work experience in Graphic Design Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) Strategic thinker passionate about digital creative solutions and design systems Foster innovation, teamwork, and unique creative solutions Stay current with evolving design tools and technology Exceptional writing and presentation skills Strong portfolio showcasing high-end strategic design, focusing on digital capabilities Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain attention to detail Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and other Office products Experience with Adobe After Effects or Premiere Pro for animation and motion graphics Interactive design experience (responsive webpage concepts, digital style guides, data visualization) Compensation: Hourly W2 pay rate $53.00-$59.00 We have access to additional contract, contract-to-hire, and direct hire positions with various rate ranges.
