Genesis10 Lead Pega Developer in Eagan, Minnesota

Genesis10 is seeking a Lead Pega Developer for a contract with our client in Eagan, MN. 100% Remote. Job Description: The Lead Pega Developer is responsible for designing, developing, testing, deploying and maintaining technology solutions primarily in Pega. This role will work within a Software Engineering Team set to grow over time including partnerships with other vendors and with Pega. The purpose for requesting a lead skillset is to strengthen the team with Pega expertise to represent Prime in development projects, to help grow the team, and provide leadership and technical mentoring to future hires. Key Responsibilities: Ensure compliance to guardrails and Adherence to best practices Establish patterns for building reusable assets and collaborating with Center of Excellence to reuse existing assets Pega Development utilizing Infinity 23 or greater Reviewing and recommending design solutions to meet business and operational value Partnering with other engineers for code reviews and recommendations Needs to work in partnership with existing vendors, including Pega Proactive and active daily engagement with delivery team during sprint ceremonies and as needed outside of meetings Collaborate cross-functionally with team members to achieve innovative, business-results driven technology solutions Work with Product Owners and Analysts to vet and ensure Stories meet acceptance criteria and align with design solutions Ensure on-time story delivery within 2-week sprint cycles, included Unit Testing is complete prior to QA Partner with QA staff as they implement automated test scripts. Required Basic Qualifications: 5+ years solutioning and support of Pega applications and services with 2 years experience as a lead capacity Pega development in a cloud environment (nice to have, not required) Certified Senior System Architect in version 8.4 or higher (Certified Lead System Architect Preferred) Pega Care Management Preferred and/or Pega Healthcare Management experience Reguired Exposure to Pega integration with APIs Robotics (nice to have, not required) Experience using Application Studio Soft Skills Needed: Ability to speak up to address risk and opportunities. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to transition abstract concepts into stable and supportable software solutions. Ability to develop unbiased options and recommendations to technical problems and unbiased comparisons. Desire to mentor others, serve as technical SME for Pega development team, provide feedback to other developers to help them improve Ability to drive innovation and be forward thinking - be proactive with your ideas for how we can provide value to the business. Ability to work with other developer and Tech Leads to break work down into bite site packages. Able to explain technical work in a way that non-technical team members (Product Owners, Scrum Master) can understand. Compensation: Hourly W2 pay rate $72.00-$79.00 We have access to additional contract, contract-to-hire, and direct hire positions with various rate ranges.
