Genesis10 is seeking a IT Business Analyst III - Pega for a contract with our client in Eagan, MN. 100% Remote. Job Description: The Systems Analyst Senior IT is responsible for utilizing various delivery methodologies employed by Prime and assist in the communications interface between IT and the business community in the investigation, identification, and documentation of business application requirements and technical solutions based on applicable technologies within Prime for either the enhancement of existing applications or to foster the development of new applications. Key Responsibilities: Interview stakeholders to elicit and document highly complex business needs for modifications to system application, and define functional, high-level, and detailed system requirements for requested software changes Define components and groupings to be assigned to other Systems Analyst IT resources and analyze and recommend features for phased execution as needed Cross-train assigned Systems Analyst IT resources for system requirements phase of project and monitor and report project status, issues, and risks to project leadership Serve as subject matter expert and mentor for more junior members of Systems Analyst IT team Participate in project work and IT estimation process Required Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related area of study, or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience; High School Diploma or GED equivalent required 5 years of experience supporting key business applications preferably including Pega-based applications Must be eligible to work in the United States without need for work visa or residency sponsorship Strong problem-solving and business analysis skills reflected in diagrams and/or user stories or other requirements Ability to work both independently and collaboratively and to receive work direction from direct and indirect leadership 2 years experience doing Business Process Mapping: Facilitate clear definition and communication of "as-is" and "future state" business processes by leveraging Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN) or similar approaches Preferred Qualifications PEGA Systems Business Architect (CBA) certification Experience supporting an Agile team, working knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, and Miro Experience working in environment with regulatory compliance requirements (HIPAA, PCI, etc.) Previous experience in PBM / health care industry Understanding of security implications of domain Minimum Physical Job Requirements Constantly required to sit, use hands to handle or feel, talk and hear Frequently required to reach with hands and arms Occasionally required to stand, walk and stoop, kneel, and crouch Occasionally required to lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus Reports to a Manager in the Information Technology department Compensation: Hourly W2 pay rate $50.00-$53.00 We have access to additional contract, contract-to-hire, and direct hire positions with various rate ranges.
