Job#: 2049387 Job Description: Device Hub Specialist Fully Onsite in Eagan, MN - Monday - Friday $18-20/hour Contract - open ended/long term Role Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Device Hub Specialist to join our team. This role involves a mix of shipping and receiving, asset management, and some technical aspects. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a warehouse environment, handling physical tasks, and performing quality assurance processes. Key Responsibilities: Shipping and Receiving: Manage the unboxing, stocking, and organization of inventory on warehouse shelves. Handle shipping and receiving tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs. Asset Management: Track and manage assets, including serial numbers and barcode scanning. Change the status of assets as needed. Communication: Maintain good communication using Outlook or Teams. Work independently and stay busy throughout the day. Client Services: Occasionally assist with client services, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Qualifications: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods. Basic technical skills with a willingness to learn more advanced skills over time. Experience with asset management and barcode scanning is a plus. Good communication skills and the ability to work well with others. Attention to detail and a sense of urgency in completing tasks. Ability to follow knowledge bases (KBs) and suggest improvements.
