In this opportunity as Associate Client Executive, you will: Consult with existing customers to understand their needs and goals Identify opportunities to meet/exceed customer needs, provide the right solutions to address those needs, and improve operations Drive retention and achieve renewal targets by engaging customers during the renewal window Upsell specific product lines and pass leads to sales executives for major products Support in developing and executing territory growth strategies Use technology-Salesforce, Outreach, and Connect & Sell-to maximize effectiveness Attend ongoing trainings weekly to keep up to date on products and sales skills About You You are a fit for the role of Associate Client Executive if your background includes: Bachelor's Degree is preferred Minimum 3 years direct client contact in either inside or outside sales Highly organized with time management, strategic thinking, problem solving, troubleshooting, risk management, escalation, and analytical skills. Ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, including executives, managers, and subject matter experts and to facilitate consensus within those groups. Skills in key areas of responsibility (i.e., business process/business operations management, customer service, etc.).
