Job Description:

  • Regularly use lean tools, such as daily management and Kaizen (5S, Standard Work, Kanban, etc.).

  • Maintain high quality standards and compliance throughout the areas while practicing GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).

  • Keep track of production scrap, output, lead times and productivity for the line.

  • Lead and update Daily Management Board.

  • Responsible for the 5S of the line, equipment availability and uptime.

  • Ability to learn quickly and perform in a fast paced environment with strong analytical skills.

  • Must have high ethical standards with attention to detail.

  • Must be a team player with flexibility to assist where needed.

  • Ability to prioritize tasks in real time and exercise judgment in high-paced, high-stakes environment.

  • Have clear and organized communication skills; both written and verbal.

  • Strong leadership to successfully oversee and manage project teams for multiple tasks.

  • Be adaptable to work outside of your defined role with other leads to solve problems.

Job Requirements:

  • Previous experience within production or manufacturing

  • Previous experience in managing team

  • Able to read prescriptions or specifications, and examine models and impressions, to determine the design of dental products to be constructed.

  • Have a good knowledge of dental terminology or a related field.

  • Previous 3D printing or automation experience is a plus.

  • MS office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Tableau, preferred.

  • English min. C1 - daily communication
