We’re looking for a dynamic sales professional to join Mölnlycke asBusiness Development Manager Pharma / Cleanroom - DACH (m/f/d)to identify, explore and initiate new business opportunities for our surgical gloves product portfolio Biogel® within the pharma industry.

Our premium Biogel® glove product portfolio offers reliable protection with the industry's best perforation detection, improved tactile sensitivity and a comfortable fit. With our wide range of latex and latex-free surgical gloves, we help our customers avoid allergy-related downtime.

Regional scope: Germany, Austria, Switzerland

Location : home based, ideally in Germany, with extensive business travel

What you’ll do:

  • Develop the B2B business sector through the maintenance and growth of profitable business.

  • Expand DACH Biogel business within the Clean Room environment and manage relationships with key clean room distributors.

  • Deliver business cases and strategies for the growth of business within the B2B and Clean room sectors.

  • Segment and manage commercial customer base to maximize profitability and return on investment.

  • Proactive management of key customer relations to increase success rate for relevant contract decisions.

  • Develop Key Opinion Leader (KOL) and advocate relationships to increase their support, usage and advocacy of Mölnlycke within the clean room sector.

  • Manage pricing for the B2B and clean room sectors to ensure consistency and maximize profitability for the DACH organization.

  • Represent and promote the company’s products from both a clinical and commercial perspective across all brands.

  • Accurately forecast and predict sales performance to Business Director EMEA and monitor market and competitor insights.

    What you’ll bring:

  • 5 years of experience in the B2B sales to pharmaceutical / clean room market

  • Experience and capability of engaging at commercial buyer level

  • Proven sales track record and account management within the pharma and clean room market and in working with procurement level customers

  • Trained in and well versed in solution selling

  • Strong business acumen, performance driven and customer focused

  • Strategic mindset and proven ability to drive innovative commercial development

  • Entrepreneurial spirit: results and solution oriented, with a strong sense of ownership

  • Excellent communications, presentation and negotiation skills

  • T eam player and networker with proven stakeholder management capabilities

  • Product launches and follow up on leading and lagging indicators

  • Business fluent in German and English is required, French language skills will be an advantage

  • Flexibility to frequent travelling within the region including overnight stays
