Work Hours: 8:30am - 3:30pm

Responsible for providing general administrative support such as mail processing, data entry, filing, record-keeping, copying, document processing, customer service, reception and transaction processing/monitoring.

Duties/Responsibilities

  • Data entry, creating and working in spreadsheets, reconciling financial transactions, and creating reports.

  • Managing emails, memos, and other correspondents.

  • Documenting and ensuring records are up-to-date.

  • Recording financial transactions.

  • Processing invoices for payment and maintaining invoice documentation.

  • Confirming transactions are recorded accurately and appropriately.

    Skills And Competencies Necessary Include:

  • Strong math and data entry skills

  • Attention to detail

  • The ability to meet deadlines

  • Experience working with spreadsheets

  • Computer proficiency

  • Strong communication skills

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office or other software

Minimum Qualifications & Experience

  • High School Diploma or GED.

  • One (1) year of experience in administrative support.

  • A valid North Carolina Class C Driver’s License with a satisfactory driving record.

Additional Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of Microsoft word, excel, PowerPoint.

  • Knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
