Pay Rate:
The pay rate for this job is $20 - $21 / Hour
What you'll be doing as a Data Entry / Admin.Assistant / Inventory Specialist:
Long Term. Temp to Hire position. Weekly Pay. This position requires a resume and interview.
Perform data entry tasks to input, update, and maintain inventory records in databases or spreadsheets.
Assist in managing inventory levels, tracking stock movements, and conducting regular inventory audits.
Coordinate with various departments to ensure accurate inventory counts and resolve discrepancies.
Generate reports on inventory levels, stock movements, and other relevant metrics.
Provide administrative support such as organizing inventory documentation, responding to inquiries, and coordinating inventory-related tasks.
Utilize inventory management software and tools to streamline inventory processes and improve efficiency.
Collaborate with team members to optimize inventory control procedures and enhance inventory accuracy.
Will be collaborating on inventory projects with Corporate Headquarters.
Must have an eye for detail and willingness to question discrepancies.

Job requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in data entry, inventory management, or related field preferred.
Proven experience in data entry, administrative support, and inventory management.
Proficiency in using computer software and tools, such as Microsoft Excel, inventory management systems, and data entry software.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks.
Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Effective communication skills to interact with team members, vendors, and other stakeholders.
Knowledge of inventory control principles and procedures.
Problem-solving skills to identify and resolve inventory discrepancies.
Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies and processes related to data entry and inventory management.
