Village of Dundee Police Department Clerk in DUNDEE, Michigan
The Village of Dundee is seeking a qualified individual to fill a vacancy for a Part-time (20-24 hours per week) Police Department Clerk. Under the general supervision of the Deputy Police Chief, the Clerk is responsible for assisting with general administrative services and clerical tasks to support the Police Department.
Essential Job Function:
- Receive FIOA (Freedom of Information Act) request.
- Processing LEIN records/requirements.
- Receives, reviews and distributes mail for the Department
- Various Administrative tasks assigned including, but not limited to filing, data entry and record keeping.
- Prepare various reports and correspondences.
- Provide excellent and efficient customer service at the front counter, via phone and email.
- Answer questions from the public and outside agencies, providing information and directions.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
