Job Description

We are seeking a machine operator for our night shift (5:00 PM - 5:00 AM, Monday to Thursday) and weekend shift (7:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Friday to Saturday).The successful candidate will be responsible for operating conventional, special purpose, and CNC mills, lathes, drill presses, and sawing machines to cut various metallic and nonmetallic parts.

Hard Skills

• Operating conventional, special purpose, and CNC mills, lathes, drill presses, and sawing machines

• Operating secondary equipment such as overhead cranes, sanders, and grinders

• Reading process sheets, blueprints, drawings and/or sketches

• Verifying that the correct program and version is loaded in the machine tool

• Mounting work pieces

• Selecting and installing tooling

• Doing offsets

• Running machine independently

• Reading blueprints
