About the role The Risk Analyst will support the Performance Guarantee program as well as support the company's data analytics initiatives by providing accurate, timely, and in-depth research and analysis evaluating the impact of care coordination practices. This role will be required to complete analytics, coding, and project management. This role will communicate results to leadership, operations, sales, and client executives as well as external business partners. What you'll do Support the Performance Guarantee program, including ad hoc analyses and accumulating and reporting performance results. Lead related meetings with multiple business partners. Develop detailed healthcare studies on large client claims database to assist with the determination of the effectiveness of care coordination. Support sales and account management with fee proposals, savings estimates, and discussion of Quantum Health's impact on clients. All other duties as assigned. What you'll bring Bachelor's degree in actuarial science, mathematics, data analysis or equivalent Preferred: 1-2 years of relevant experience Proficient in Microsoft Excel Strong project management skills Experience with Tableau, SQL and Snowflake databases Demonstrated ability to apply analytic approaches to create meaningful and measurable business impact Prior experience in organizing and analyzing large datasets using database software packages such as SQL Interpersonal skills; strong oral and written communication skills Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a demanding work environment Strong critical thinking and analytical problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and on a team Protect and take care of our company and member's data every day by committing to work within our company ethics and policies. Strong administrative/technical skills; Comfort working on a PC using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), IM/video conferencing (Teams & Zoom), and telephones efficiently.
