What you get to do in this role:

• Worldwide cash management, banking & cash operations, and compliance

• Management of our International Treasury Center and participating subsidiaries

• Maintain the short-term cash forecasting process worldwide by partnering with our broader finance team and business partners across the globe

• Lead, manage, and administer the settlement of all intercompany balances positions

• Manage and review intercompany loan portfolios including facilities, financing strategies, and funding structure

• Manage foreign currency exposures, including the settlement of all FX contracts

• Provide oversight and support administration of all treasury applications and systems.

• Assist in the development and compliance of treasury policies and procedures.

• Identify improvement opportunities to optimize treasury processes and streamline internal controls

• Working with, and where appropriate managing inputs from, the wider group treasury based in the US.

Your Background

• 7+ years of experience in corporate treasury, financial services, or related field.

• 4+ years of experience in managing or leading cash and liquidity processes.

• Experience with an International Treasury Center (In-house bank, Centralized FX, Pay-on-Behalf-of, & Netting)

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required (CTP, CPA, CFA preferred).

• The ability to drive results in a fast-paced oriented environment
