Google Senior Content Adversarial Red Team Analyst in Dublin, Ireland

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

  • 7 years of experience in a consulting or customer-facing role.

  • Experience in conveying technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Experience with identifying emerging threats and vulnerabilities.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master's degree in computer science, information security, artificial intelligence or a related field.

  • Experience in AI or technology regulatory readiness or preparedness and understanding AI systems, machine learning, and their potential risks.

  • Experience in adversarial testing, red teaming, GenAI/AI safety, GenAI/AI ethics or responsibility, or similar.

  • Understanding of content moderation policies and best practices.

  • Excellent leadership and problem solving skills with the ability to influence and inspire others.

  • Proficiency in multiple languages, especially those relevant to Google's global user base, in order operate in multiple locations.

Trust & Safety team members are tasked with identifying and taking on the biggest problems that challenge the safety and integrity of our products. They use technical know-how, excellent problem-solving skills, user insights, and proactive communication to protect users and our partners from abuse across Google products like Search, Maps, Gmail, and Google Ads.   • Lead and guide the team's efforts in identifying, analyzing, and mitigating content risks and Artifical Intelligence (AI) regulatory readiness space.

  • Develop and execute innovative red team strategies: identify emerging threats and design targeted testing approaches and emerging GenAI/AI regulatory space.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, partner with product managers, engineers, researchers, and other stakeholders to understand product functionality, potential vulnerabilities, and develop actionable solutions.

  • Guide and support the development of analysts, sharing knowledge and expertise to build a high-performing team.

  • Conduct analysis of issues, providing clear recommendations for decision-making.
