KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Training Plan Development and Control

  • Develop, plan, and control training plans based on identified needs.

  • Conduct meetings with managers to identify training needs and design programs.

  • Prepare and control company training plans using SAP.

  • Design programs select training centers/instructors, and link with the appropriate department to ensure budget approvals are effectively managed.

Training Program Design and Delivery

  • Design and deliver internal and external training programs (both in-person and online) validated by the requesting areas and compliant with regulations.

  • Propose and update the course catalog for dissemination and access.

  • Utilize internal tools for online course creation (e.g., Articulated Storyline, Brightcove, Virtual Reality).

  • Design and develop instructor-led and computer-based training to meet business objectives.

  • Design innovative technical, quality, and GXP training programs, including templates, job aids, assessments, and checklists.

Training System Management

  • Manage and control the Grifols Training Platform (GTP) and SAP HR Training Module.

  • Create and maintain catalogues of qualifications, courses, and practical training in SAP.

  • Monitor training through SAP Backoffice and generate reports.

Quality and Compliance

  • Ensure training aligns with applicable regulations in Quality, Safety, Human Resources, and Environment.

  • Supervise and control training requirements for job positions, ensuring compliance for both internal and external staff.

  • Provide compliance oversight to support curriculum and training procedure requirements.

  • Participate in internal and external audits/inspections and prepare requested reports.

  • Control and evaluate the quality and effectiveness of training actions to meet objectives.

Coordination and Support

  • Coordinate human and material resources for training activities.

  • Provide training and support to managers in defining training requirements and using global management tools.

  • Document and archive training according to corporate procedures.

  • Coordinate with other departments for planning and controlling training.

  • Participate as required in GMP Induction during Onboarding training.

Reporting and Analysis

  • Generate reports for training analysis using SAP and BI tools.

  • Inform management of the training status, including any issues or deviations.

  • Create reports for audits and inspections, ensuring the established training system is accurately represented.

  • Track technical training effectiveness and performance improvement, delivering results to stakeholders.

External Training and Subsidies

  • Manage external training courses and platforms.

  • Understand subsidy requirements to identify eligible training actions and ensure proper documentation and processing.

  • Inform subsidy managers of necessary data and ensure compliance with criteria set by funding organizations.

  • Process course convocations, documentation, and invoices in accordance with subsidy requirements.

Continuous Improvement

  • Study and propose new tools and methodologies for effective training management (e.g., Virtual Reality).

  • Coordinate with Corporate Training to design, validate, and implement training applications.

  • Participate in internal consulting to analyse situations and propose tailored solutions.

  • Implement new informational technologies and training methods.

Regulation and Standardization

  • Ensure that training systems adhere to corporate policies and applicable regulations.

  • Maintain and update training catalogues and requirements in line with job family structures.

  • Supervise and control initial and ongoing training for personnel according to job requirements.

  • Design training modules by creating content alone or in partnership with subject matter experts.

  • Deliver organizational-wide curriculum to support strategic objectives, e.g., HES, SAP, cGXP.

PERSON SPECIFICATION

  • Requires comprehensive understanding of GMP requirements and general knowledge of plant manufacturing operations.

  • Effective presentation skills and excellent creativity are required to implement effective training programs.

  • Strong project management skills and the ability to simultaneously manage multiple programs are required.

  • Advanced facilitation, platform, written, and verbal communication skills are crucial, as are strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, including the ability to perform root cause analysis.

  • The ability to provide guidance to departments for developing technical training programs that support the organization's business goals is necessary.

  • Practical applications and flexibility in adapting programs and services to meet specific customer requirements are essential.

  • The ability to function independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced, demanding environment is crucial.

  • The ability to influence clients' behaviors, conduct needs analysis, develop effective technical training solutions when appropriate, and evaluate the effectiveness of technical training is also required.

Qualifications

  • Requires a minimum of a BS/BA degree and relevant training experience in a regulated environment, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Specifically, the candidate must have 2-5 years of relevant training experience,

  • with a minimum of 2-3 years in the development, design, and implementation of technical training courses.

  • This experience should include strong technical knowledge from Manufacturing, Quality, or Engineering, along with strong presentation skills and the ability to manage group dynamics.

  • Proficiency with word processing, graphics programs, databases, and presentation delivery programs, including video, web-based CBT, and e-learning, is essential.
