Citigroup Digital Onboarding Product Manager in Dublin, Ireland

This specific role sits within our Global Platform and Data Services (PDS) Product group which is part of our Treasury and Trade Solutions (TTS) function within Services The Digital Onboarding Product team is responsible for developing & implementing a global digital strategy to support client onboarding across TTS business lines. This role will focus in particular on the opening of bank accounts for Citi’s institutional clients. The strategy includes the transformation of the operating and engagement model through delivery of self-service and digitized capabilities. We are looking for someone that will be laser focused on client experience and can drive the onboarding experience forward in terms of innovative thinking, defining industry leading features and capabilities both for our external customers and the internal stakeholders who help support our products

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Help define product strategy and roadmap

  • Execute the Digital Onboarding Strategic Roadmap in a cross functional setting Gather, review, and prioritise product capability requests from external and internal stakeholders

  • Understand markets and users experience through client feedback (Voice of client) and research

  • Create client user journeys and drive application development with Technology partners

  • Manage relationships with cross functional partners in support of the product roadmap, day-to-day management, etc

  • Work within Agile framework-Clearly define EPICs and prioritise based on product vision and roadmap

  • Support Product Owners with decomposing EPICs into User Stories

  • Maintain an active feedback loop with external and internal stakeholders for Onboarding increment

  • Conduct system demo’s and support our Sales, Client Relationship and Client On-Boarding Teams with collateral and training
