Oracle Senior Field Marketing Specialist in DUBAI, United Arab Emirates
Job Description
The primary responsibility of this resource will be to assist in the development of Technology field marketing activities, execution and operational support in the Gulf region - across 5 countries.
The role will also extend support to the SMB Cloud and Software teams. The Field Marketing Specialist will own and drive Marketing Campaign management, execution and reporting of local & regional demand generation activities including digital campaigns, webinars & in-person events and 3rd party initiatives.
The role involves engaging with OCI Sales team and the larger Technology Sales organizations across Gulf region together with Solution Engineering Teams to formulate the best Marketing programs to support Sales revenue growth and pipeline creation in alignment with Field Engagement managers.
At least 6-8 years of field marketing experience managing complex campaigns and events required;
The role also engages with Gulf SDRs, briefing them on ongoing initiatives, following up on MQLs which will eventually convert to opportunities and show Marketing Driven Revenue and Cloud Consumption.

Responsibilities
Meets with Sales leaders to create strategic marketing plan in Sales support of pipeline and revenue objectives. Participant in regular pipeline and forecast review meetings. Develops and implements tactical marketing programs in conjunction with Sales, Channels, Product Marketing, Product Management, Oracle Direct (Telesales), and external influencers such as user groups and industry trade associations. Provides onsite execution support for marketing programs. Tracks lead flow to ensure the appropriate Sales channels are following up with event attendees and campaign responders in a timely manner. Creates and manages program budget, measures ROI through metrics analysis and reporting. Acts as a virtual team liaison for corporate business initiatives, programs and launches. Communicates program status, action items, and deliverables across Field Marketing team and Sales.
