Our healthcare client is seeking a Lead Web Content Manager to help out with a Sitecore Migration Project. The client currently has 7 websites that will be consolidated into 5.\ \ The ideal person should be a results-oriented thinking and a master of detail. This person must know Sitecore nuances and know how to provide recommendations to improve process.\ \ The Lead Content Manager will oversee a team of content authors in the content migration.\ \ Lead Web Content Manager Capabilities:\ -Sitecore CMS Proficiency: strong understanding of Sitecore functionality, templates and content management. Be able to make decisions on template elements used when content is not a perfect fit.\ -Content migration strategy: understanding of content migration best practices to ensure a strategic approach to migration and management.\ -Project management skills: to ensure that the team is following outlined process and meeting milestones.\ -Recent hands-on skills: able to jump in and assist in content authoring.\ \ Lead Web Content Manager Responsibilities:\ -Review content audit: understand work done and documentation related to the content to be moved to new site.\ -Establishes content migration process and workflow: documenting process and workflow.\ Onboarding of content authoring team: responsible for onboarding team to ways of working and established process.\ -Content migration ownership: oversees the migration process including manual migration of content and media and clean up of scraped content.\ -Metadata management: managing metadata associated with content items, including tags.\ -Point of escalation: or any potential questions on reconciling between current site pages and new site requirements.\ \ #LI-LS1\ \ \ \ Creative Circle\'s Freelance Employee benefits package includes eligibility for Minimum Essential Coverage (MEC) medical plan, dental/vision/term life package, discount prescription program, critical illness, accident, tele-behavioral health, and 401(k) plan.
