• Direct and motivate the manufacturing workforce to produce high-quality products efficiently and safely.

• Reviews production and operating reports and resolves operations, manufacturing, and maintenance problems to ensure minimum costs and prevent operational delays.

• Inspects machines and equipment to ensure specific operational performance and optimum utilization.

• Ensure scheduling meets business and customer needs. Supervise and develop an effective team, including performance appraisals, staffing, and training.

• Ensure compliance with EHS regulations and company policies.

• Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues to minimize costs and prevent delays.

• Schedules production and work team.

Requirements:

• Experience supervising in a manufacturing environment.

• Strong communication, team-building, and organizational skills.

• Energetic, self-starter with good PC and telephone skills.

• High School Diploma or GED.

• Minimum of 2 years of leadership experience.

Shift: 2nd or 3rd Shift

Pay: $90k - $95k

The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $95000.00/yr.
