Responsibilities
What You’ll Do
We are looking for an experienced Principal Program Manager who will be responsible for communications, culture change, community building, and training & development in support of the organization's business objectives. In addition, you will drive global AI customer adoption in the US by collaborating with cross-functional teams and leveraging analytics across a large, dynamic organization. We are seeking someone who is detailed and has strong interest in non-routine work. This is a unique opportunity to work on a team that is focused on broader initiatives and impact at scale.
This role will report to the Chief of Staff of a 4,000 strong organization. This person will primarily work with the leadership team, program managers, product managers, and SMEs to understand functional requirements and interact with other cross-functional teams to provide support with respect to communications, culture, community building, and other scope as assigned.
Responsibilities
Oversee all internal communications for the organization, ensuring its message is consistent and engaging
Support customer communication efforts for the organization, ensuring brand value
Develop and implement effective communication strategies that build loyalty, awareness, and satisfaction
Develop communication plans and training materials for rolling out new processes and process changes
Prepare contents for training and development both non-technical and technical
Plan and execute large-scale organization-wide virtual events as well as smaller in-person events
Plan and manage the design, content, and production of all communication materials, email communications, including video productions and website content
Prepare of presentations and/or speeches geared toward employees
Works fully independently, often on exceptionally complex, critical projects. Seeks input and collaboration when appropriate
Define measurement strategy and oversee initiatives to track progress against communication goals, and regularly share data with stakeholders; use analytics/insights to drive continuous improvement
Travel required up to 25% annually
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, or Communications
7+ years of communications experience, with at least 2 years’ internal communications experience focused on supporting internal and/or customer communications in a matrixed organization
Prior experience managing internal companywide events both in-person and virtual
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent PowerPoint and Graphic Design skills. Familiarity with Adobe suite
The presence and confidence to quickly become a trusted advisor to program managers and senior leaders
An ability to roll with the punches and stay grounded in a highly fluid environment
Results and metrics oriented. Thinks in terms of measurable results to gauge program effectiveness and course correct where needed
Ability to communicate complex technical information in simple, compelling ways
Desired
Experience conceiving and executing fun, creative programs connecting employees to company culture and strategy
Proficiency with Zoom to manage large-scale events

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $97,500 to $199,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
