Your Role

As the National Air Logistics Implementation Manager, you will collaborate closely with the Project management team to meticulously manage and oversee critical client projects, ensuring they are executed within established timelines and yield the desired outcomes.

Your Responsibilities

• Ensure that allprojects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.

• Assist in thedefinition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholdersand ensuring technical feasibility.

• Develop a detailedproject plan to monitor and track progress, to be shared with clients as wellas other staff members.

• Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals, using appropriate tools and techniques.

• Perform risk management to minimize project risks.

• Manage the relationshipwith the client and all stakeholders.

• Meet with clients totake detailed briefs and clarify specific requirements of project.

• Maintain all QuickSTAT client functionality and ensurecompliance with agreed procedures.

• Schedule: Monday-Friday 9am-5pm

• Report to the Senior Project Manager, North America

Your Skills and Experiences

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

• 2+ years of project management experience

• 1+ years of industry experience

• 1+ years of customer service experience

Base salary is part of a competitive total rewards package that includes health and welfare benefits, a 401k retirement savings plan, tuition reimbursement, and incentive compensation for eligible roles. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, skills, job location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations.
