What you’ll do:
The Primary responsibility of the Projects Sales Manager - Qatar is to formulate and execute Eaton's UPS business strategies into Commercial Construction, Data Centers and Industrial segments across Doha, Qatar. She/He will be responsible to manage Eaton's partner networks to drive sales and achieve profit plan targets and thereby meet the growth aspirations of the company.
The Key Responsibilities:
Meet sales targets assigned for Doha, Qatar
Maintain strong relationships with end users, consultants and contractors
Engage with Electrical Contractors and Data Center integrators to sell 3 phase UPS's and solutions.
Promote UPS systems to the Consultants, and the End users by active engagement and prescription activities
Make sure Eaton UPS systems are listed in consultant and end user vendor list
Build and manage healthy pipeline by effective use of CRM tool
Maintain cordial relationship and support Eaton project partners to achieve set business goals
Provide accurate sales forecast and market feedback regularly to the Sales Leader
Enhance customer experience
Champion and role model Eaton’s Ethics & Values and commitment to Health & Safety.
Formulate and Drive Sales, Product and Pricing strategy for UPS systems by creating awareness and driving demand with end users to win profitable market share.
Work collaboratively with support functions and peers to help drive wider corporate strategies and initiatives
Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering or equivalent experience in similar job function
Min 5 years of experience in selling UPS systems
Skills:
In depth knowledge of the UPS systems business in the commercial construction and Data Center segments
Building strong relationships, Business planning, Strategic thinking & Leadership attributes
