Job Title: General Production Worker - Finisher
Job Description
Candidates will be operating machines, labeling products, performing quality checks, and loading machines with products. Must be comfortable standing for 12 hours a day and working in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Operate machines efficiently and safely.
Label products accurately.
Perform quality checks to ensure product standards are met.
Load machines with products as required.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Essential Skills
Experience in manufacturing or production.
Ability to stand for 12 hours.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Machine operation skills.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Previous experience in printing or press operation is preferred.
Ability to work every other weekend.

Work Environment
The work environment is non-climate controlled but maintains a comfortable temperature in winter. It is a fast-paced setting with a lot of products and boxes around the area. The shifts are 12 hours long, with a swing schedule that includes working every other weekend.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Kingston Springs, Tennessee.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $24.00/hr.
