SALARY:
$110,000 - $120,000
QUALIFICATIONS:
Current New York State Administrator's Certification (SAS, SDA or SBL)
Candidate should possess:
Understanding of High School Philosophy
Experience as a teacher and administrator preferred
Knowledge of CBA's
Strength in academic leadership, instruction and staff development
Knowledge of emerging national and state developments specific to the New York Learning Standards and APPR initiative and implications for school districts
Build productive relationships with all stakeholders to create a positive learning environment focused on growth
Commitment to collaborative planning and school improvement
Excellent technology skills
Excellent communications and facilitation skills
Knowledge and experience with data driven instruction
Strong understanding of Social/Emotional Learning, DEI and Restorative practices
Knowledge, understanding, and experience working with diverse populations
Depew High School serves 548 students with a faculty of 58 teachers and provides a strong academic program alongside quality music, art and CTE opportunities.
