DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: The Field Superintendent is responsible for the overall coordination of actual and planned activities on project site to meet the project's stated functional, economic, schedule, safety and aesthetic requirements.

You will be on the road typically 5 days a week, on job sites located throughout New York, DC, Virginia, Maryland, Delaware, and Eastern PA.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION: * Ensure 100% compliance to HCG safety policies on job-sites. * In conjunction with project team, executes project to meet financial goals, schedule goals technical quality and customer satisfaction goals * Coordinate and manage all safety programs on project site * Coordinate and manage self-perform work operations * Understand project scheduling and forecasting impacts to other components * Attend Pre-construction meetings and communicate our site requirements prior to erection. * Review job-site at time of material unloads to ensure efficient start to project. * Escalate job-site issues to management as needed for quick resolution. * Provide detailed updates of job progress in relation to installation schedule. * Supervision and coordination of sub-contractors and suppliers for project

EXPERIENCE, TRAINING, AND/OR EDUCATION REQUIRED: * Two (2) or more years of field erection experience in precast concrete/ steel erection * Effective verbal and written communication skills. * Proficient in software products utilized by the Company including Microsoft Office, basic SAP transactions, labor allocation systems, Google platform systems or Apple. * This position requires a HS Diploma. A or B.A preferred.   * Prior experience working with a unionized workforce is preferred * Projects ranging in value from $5 to $25 million dollars, typically < $10 million dollars. Project complexity ranges from low to moderate.

LICENSE, CERTIFICATES OR REGISTRATIONS REQUIRED: * Valid state driver's license * 30 HOUR OSHA * FIRST AID * CPR
