SavATree LLC, Denver, CO. Daily transportation will be provided from a central location to and from worksites in the following counties: Arapahoe, Denver, Douglas, Jefferson. 12 Tree Trimmers & Pruners positions available. Temporary, full time position from 04/01/2025 through 12/01/2025, 6:45 AM-3:15 PM, 40 hrs/week, overtime varies, Monday-Friday, Some Saturdays required, schedule varies, start/end times vary. Workers will be paid Weekly at $25.26/hr, $37.89/hr OT, Raises, bonuses or incentives at employer's discretion dependent on tenure. Opportunity for higher pay dependent on experience or driver's license. Using sophisticated climbing and rigging techniques, cut away dead or excess branches from trees or shrubs to maintain right-of-way for roads, sidewalks, or utilities, or to improve appearance, health, and value of tree. Prune or treat trees or shrubs using handsaws, hand pruners, clippers, and power pruners. Works off the ground in the tree canopy and may use truck-mounted lifts. May drive company vehicles. Mow, trim, plant, water and fertilize using hand or power tools or equipment. Pre-employment drug testing required;Drug testing during employment for cause. All drug testing is performed without regard to an employee's citizenship or immigration status, and all testing is paid for by the company. Able to lift 50lbs. No experience required, will train. Employer may make payroll deductions at employee's request. Employer facilitates corresponding deductions for available health benefits after 60 days. Employer facilitates voluntary housing arrangements along with corresponding payroll deduction estimated up to $210/week for rent and utilities dependent on the number of people living in the unit. A single workweek will be used to compute wages due. All deductions from the worker's paycheck required by law will be made. The employer will provide workers at no charge all tools, supplies and equipment required to perform the job. If the worker completes 50 percent of the work contract period, employer will arrange and pay directly;reimburse the worker for initial transportation and subsistence costs from the place of recruitment to the place of employment for those traveling from such a distance they are not reasonably able to return to their residence each day. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, employer will provide or pay for worker's reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved. Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of $15.88 per day during travel to a maximum of $59.00 per day with receipts. H2B workers will be reimbursed in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing, & other related fees, including those mandated by the government (excluding passport fees).
