About The Role:

As a CBRE Marketing Sr. Specialist, you will be responsible for performing complex marketing research. This includes collecting, reviewing, and presenting information while maintaining databases.

This job is part of the General Marketing job function. They are responsible for the design, development, and execution of marketing programs that support the organization's products and services.

What You'll Do:

  • Cultivate partnerships with sales teams in your geography, understanding their marketing needs and preferences to deliver tailored solutions.

  • Develop and maintain clear, concise communication with sales teams to ensure seamless project execution.

  • Collaborate with sales teams to drive best marketing approach for each listing, advising on strategy, deliverables, and resources.

  • Coordinate project kick-off calls and handle projects from start to finish, working with our design team to execute all deliverables.

  • Create high-quality marketing collateral, including offering memorandums, brochures, and eblasts, to showcase our commercial real estate listings.

  • Lead all aspects of the creation of project timelines using Airtable, maintain project files, and ensure deadlines are met in a timely manner.

  • Ensure all marketing materials meet CBRE brand and legal requirements.

  • Provide creative direction, project management, and branding ideas to drive innovative marketing solutions.

  • Share knowledge and standard processes with local business development and national property marketing teams to drive consistency and excellence in marketing our listings.

  • Strong project management and coordination skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work in InDesign and lead outsourced graphics support.

  • Creative direction and branding expertise.

  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred with 2-5 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.

  • Prior experience with data visualization tools.

  • Broad knowledge of Marketing Research and some knowledge of several job disciplines within the function.

  • Understanding of existing procedures and standards to solve slightly complex problems.

  • Ability to analyze possible solutions using technical experience to apply appropriate judgment and precedents.

  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.

  • Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Sr Marketing Specialist position is $70,000 annually and the maximum salary for the Sr Marketing Specialist position is $82,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
