Infosys Limited Service Delivery Technical Lead - 119879BR in Denver, Colorado

Infosys is seeking a Service Delivery Technical Lead who will be responsible for the maintenance, support, and enhancement of legacy applications with a focus on Swift and PL/SQL. This role requires a strong independent industry knowledge and extensive experience in multi-vendor legacy environments

Required Qualification: Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Denver, CO or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel within the US Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education. At least 4 years of experience in Information Technology. At least 2 of year experience in Providing Technical maintenance support and enhancement for Service Delivery legacy applications, utilizing Swift and PL/SQL as needed for products like IP, VPN, Waves & Ethernet. Utilize AppDynamics tools for monitoring application performance and deploy necessary script. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Demonstrate strong independent industry knowledge and vast experience in managing multi-vendor legacy environments. Ensure site reliability by maintaining the servers, conducting analysis, and monitoring performance Expertise in site reliability engineering. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
