This position will oversee our two properties, Stella (132 units) and Elisabetta (91 units), which offer units under LIHTC and PBV.
As a Resident Service Coordinator, you will: Build relationships with various community agencies to provide services to our residents. Research and study available community resources and their eligibility requirements. Develop programs and services based on resident and team member surveys. Engage with residents and inform them of available services, application procedures, training opportunities, and events within the community. Create a community calendar of programs and events. Host the community food bank, including picking up food from various agencies. Maintain resident confidentiality while following all Fair Housing and LLT laws.
Resident Services Coordinator Qualifications: A bachelor's degree in social work, sociology, psychology, counseling, or a related field is preferred. Two years of similar experience. Must have a valid driver's license. Ability to work independently and create projects or programs autonomously. Ability to establish and maintain good working relationships with residents, property managers, and community agency employees. Excellent organization and prioritization skills. Schedule: This position will work on-site at our Stella property from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.
