We help communities and clients access safe, reliable, and affordable energy. We're looking for a detail-driven, proactive Project Coordinator to join our team. What You'll Do: As a Project Coordinator at DEA, you'll be the backbone of project success-keeping things organized, on track, and running smoothly. Your day-to-day will include: Preparing contracts, project set-ups, change orders, and subconsultant agreements Setting up and maintaining organized electronic project files Reviewing and assembling project invoices, reports, and budgets Coordinating with clients and subconsultants to keep communication clear and timely Polishing scopes of work, fee estimates, and other key project documents Supporting Project Managers with budget tracking and administrative tasks What We're Looking For:
5+ years in office admin and project coordination, with strong AP/AR and contract experience
Pro-level skills in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PDF editing tools
Sharp communicator with top-notch writing, editing, and proofing abilities
Skilled at juggling priorities, scheduling meetings, and keeping projects on track

About DEA's Energy Business Unit: Our Energy Business Unit partners with utility and transportation clients, developers, and construction contractors to provide power delivery and renewable energy infrastructure solutions so our communities and end users can access safe, reliable, affordable power. Our team has been delivering integrated design and project development solutions for over 40 years, meeting technical, financial, and political objectives for traditional and renewable energy facilities. Our capabilities focus on serving the power, renewable energy, transportation, and data center markets. We provide planning and design engineering services for low, medium, and high voltage facilities up to 500 kV. Potential office locations include: Denver, CO; Corvallis, OR; Portland, OR; Seattle, WA; Boise, ID, Salt Lake City, UT; Spokane, WA.
