ARCO Project Coordinator in Denver, Colorado
ABOUT YOU
ARCO/Murray is currently seeking a Lighting Logistics Coordinator to join our AMPS Lighting team based in Denver Colorado. This role will be responsible for working with lighting manufacturers to coordinate shipping and tracking for each job and updating each project. Coordinating project shipping/delivery schedules and making sure all necessary onsite dates are being met. Receiving material and following team guidelines for stage and store processes. Lighting rep coordination to make sure purchase order flow is streamlined. Updating end user/customers on changes in lead times and coordination details. Manage all customer warranty related items and RMA process with manufacturers.

A DAY IN THE LIFE
Coordinate light fixture deliveries either drop shipping to job sites or coming to our Denver warehouse
Editing the individual project “dashboards” with updated tracking information
Receiving product into the warehouse and following stage and store procedures
Assist in project communication to make sure project deadlines for deliveries are met
Understanding lighting partnerships between AMPS and industry partners
Becoming familiar with lighting part numbers and designations
Working in Procore to facilitate monthly billing requirements
Establishing Credit Apps and facilitating initial conversations with manufacturers on upcoming projects to establish AMPS as a vendor.
Work as an integral part of team assisting from A-Z in project coordination
Play a key role as part of the Power Solutions team delivering turnkey power solutions to our clients, this includes assisting in business development activities by finding solutions to complex projects
Interface with clients, contractors, and vendors on technical issues as electrical expert
Act in a manner of integrity that shows support for the company, its values, and the employees, while maintaining constant focus on meeting/exceeding customer requirements and expectations
NECESSARY QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree required
Experience in Excel & ideally Smartsheet
Procore or Viewpoint experience is preferred but not required
Preferred experience in a prior role with organizational requirements and constant communication
Able to organize, plan and manage multiple activities to accomplish desired results
Preferred experience working in the electrical or lighting industry. Experience in the construction industry is also a plus.
