TEKsystems Member Support Specialist in Denver, Colorado

Description:

  • Inbound call center environment - will be receiving calls from Medicaid members to answer questions about their coverage or plan.

  • Make outbound calls to follow up with members or connect them with a primary care physician in network

Qualifications:

MUST HAVE:

  • High school diploma/GED

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in healthcare in a patient facing role - does not have to be call center but must be customer service oriented, including front desk, referrals, medical records, etc.

NICE TO HAVE

  • Medicaid call center / member support experience

  • health insurance call center / member support experience
