Job Description
Our Client is seeking a talented Manufacturing Engineer to join our growing dynamic team and play a key role in driving innovation through new product introduction and process development. In this role, you will work at the intersection of design and manufacturing, developing cutting-edge products and ensuring seamless integration into production. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize manufacturing processes, enhance product performance, and deliver high-quality solutions to meet customer needs. Responsibilities
Lead and be accountable for projects and drive results.
Expierence collaborating with R&D and design focused teams.
Provide technical direction and leadership across site/regions to drive/lead best practices and continuous improvement projects, stay abreast of new technology, and develop innovative solutions.
Lead technician and hands on teams through work instructions.
Understand manufacturing and test equipment concepts, technologies, and techniques and apply them to improve quality and efficiency.
Carry out process improvement and problem resolution projects.
Perform research, design, and development of manufacturing processes including production flow, assembly methods, and production equipment, partnering with manufacturing teams.
Support the manufacturing launch of new/revised products, including establishing goals, training team members, and evaluating results.
Essential Skills
4+ years of design for manufacturing experience
Experience with electromechanical devices
Design engineering
Manufacturing engineering
Process engineering
Experience in the medical device industry
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience working with R&D teams
Ability to push back on design for manufacturing principles
Work Environment
You will work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where you will be expected to collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence significant technical decisions. The role involves hands-on engineering tasks, mentoring junior engineers, and interacting with both internal and external personnel on technical matters.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $107000.00 - $133000.00/yr.
