Aerotek Maintenance Technician in Denver, Colorado
HIRING MAINTENANCE TECHNICIANS IN DENVER, CO
We are looking for a skilled Maintenance Technicians to join our team and help ensure our production equipment runs efficiently.
PAY: $28.00hr - $38.00hr
(*opportunity for advancement/pay depends on experience with industrial equipment, mechanical repairs, electrical, and PLC's)
SHIFT: 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift available
7:00AM-3:30PM
3:00PM-11:30PM
11:00PM-7:30AM
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Technicians will be required to maintain, repair, and optimize industrial production equipment, machinery, and systems.
50/50% of time will be PM work vs corrective maintenance.
Use basic shop tools efficiently for equipment repair and maintenance.
Clean, lubricate, repair, and replace parts of equipment and machinery as required.
Troubleshoot and repair pneumatic and hydraulic systems, ensuring optimal functioning.
Modify equipment as needed to meet changing production demands
Identify defects and excessive wear on parts, ensuring timely repairs.
Utilize CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to document repairs and manage work orders.
Understand and interpret mechanical drawings for troubleshooting and repairs.
Perform basic electrical troubleshooting, including motor issues and control systems.
Read and understand wiring schematics, electrical specifications, and system layouts.
Troubleshoot and replace electrical components as needed.
Ability to troubleshoot control systems utilizing 480Vac and 120V/Low Voltage control power.
Perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting on boiler and refrigeration systems.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Mechanical aptitude
Experience working in an industrial or manufacturing environment
Experience with hydraulics or pneumatics
Electrical troubleshooting experience
PLC troubleshooting experience
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $38.00/hr.
