The role is part of the In-Space Systems business unit, which is focused on development, manufacturing, and operation of satellite systems to address one of the most compelling challenges in spaceflight today: space mobility. Travel expected up to 10-25% of the time

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Collaborate with teams from various departments to identify system requirements and effectively implement control algorithms.

Conduct thorough testing and verification to ensure flawless performance.

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.

Continuously evaluate and improve control system designs.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience.

A proven track record of at least 7 years in embedded controls engineering.

Expertise in developing real-time control algorithms for complex systems.

Proficiency in C/C++ programming and experience with embedded microcontrollers.

Strong knowledge of control system theory and practical application.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
